Move-In / Move-Out Pricing
Flat-rate prices by bedroom count
This is our highest-detail service, and it's priced accordingly. You're not paying for routine upkeep — you're paying for a property cleaned thoroughly and completely, from the inside of the oven to the top of the door frames.
Payment terms
A $50 booking deposit is required to confirm your appointment. It's applied toward your total price, and the remaining balance is due after the cleaning is completed. Once you approve the service and price, we send a secure payment link for the deposit.

These are base prices for homes in normal condition. Final pricing depends on the service requested, home size, bathrooms, approximate square footage, current condition, pets, special surfaces, and requested add-ons. We confirm your final flat-rate price personally after reviewing your request.

The best time is after the property is empty and before anyone moves in. If you're working to a handover date, tell us early — availability is based on our schedule.
