How Pricing Works
Flat-rate pricing, confirmed personally.
There are no hourly rates and no vague estimates. We price by the service and the size of your home, then confirm your final number once we understand the details. You'll know your price before anything is booked.
Booking deposit
A $50 booking deposit is required to confirm your appointment. Every service — Standard, Deep, and Move-In / Move-Out — uses the same deposit. It's applied toward your total price, and the remaining balance is paid after the cleaning is completed.
Deposits are refundable with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows may result in the deposit being forfeited. If Markham Cleaning Co. cancels, the deposit will be fully refunded.
