Pay Your $50 Booking Deposit
Once you approve the service and price, pay the $50 booking deposit through the secure payment link we send you. It's applied toward your total price.

Your Appointment Is Confirmed
After the deposit is received, your cleaning is officially scheduled and you receive confirmation.

We Clean Your Home
Your assigned cleaner completes the service according to Markham Cleaning Co. standards. The remaining balance is paid after the service is completed.

Payment
How payment works
Every service follows the same simple terms: a $50 booking deposit confirms your appointment, the deposit is applied toward your total price, and the remaining balance is paid once the cleaning is complete. Everything is handled through a secure payment link — we never ask for card details over the phone or by text.

Deposits are refundable with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows may result in the deposit being forfeited. If Markham Cleaning Co. cancels, the deposit will be fully refunded.
