Sharing with cleaning professionals

To complete the service you requested, we share the details necessary to perform the work — such as your address, the scheduled date and time, the scope of the cleaning, and any access notes or special instructions you provided.

We use third-party services to operate this website and handle form submissions, which means the information you submit is processed and stored on our behalf by those providers. We do not share your information for advertising purposes.

Text messages (SMS)

If you opt in on our cleaning request form or in your account, Markham Cleaning Co. collects your mobile phone number and your SMS consent choice so we can send you transactional text messages about your cleaning requests, appointments, deposits and payments, reminders, and service updates. We only text customers who opt in.

SMS consent is optional and is not required to request or receive a cleaning. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and you can reply HELP for help. If you opt out of texts, you can still receive service and updates through other available channels, such as email and your online account.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Retention and your choices

We keep request and service records for as long as needed for scheduling, service history, and accounting.

You can ask us to update or delete the information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you, at any time.
